HB 185    An Act relating to fees for certain uses of state                                                                     
          water  and  the  accounting  and  appropriation  of                                                                   
          those  fees;  relating  to authorizations  for  the                                                                   
          temporary   use  of   state  water;  making   other                                                                   
          amendments  to  the   Alaska  Water  Use  Act;  and
